Description :

This year’s annual ALAI congress, which is taking place this October, deals with the notion of authorship and copyright ownership.  As usual, a questionnaire has been sent to all national groups in order to discover how the issue is handled in each country.  This activity will allow Mtre Vivianne de Kinder to describe to us the Canadian situation in light of the questions that were asked in the questionnaire.
