How To Join

Any person interested in copyright who endorses the goals of ALAI Canada may submit an application by completing an admission form or a copy thereof. In addition, the application fee and applicable annual membership fees are required.

In addition to the Members of Honor, ALAI Canada counts three other categories of members, namely full standing members, corporate members and students.

  • Membership as an "individual member" is personal; even if the membership fee is paid by an employer, no substitution is permitted.
  • The “corporate member” category, available to partnerships, companies, organizations, the same government department, and law firms, allows the designation of a member with a right of substitution for membership status, without cost, as well as for any other event, symposium, dinner-conference, or congress.
  • The "Student Member" membership is reserved for full-time students. If you do not meet this condition, please choose the "Individual member" membership.

Members of ALAI Canada originate from different circles: creators, performers, broadcasters, producers, jurists, teachers, members of the public administration, etc.
