Description:
In the wake of the recent publication of the book Research Handbook on Inellectual Property and Moral Rights by Edward Elgar, three contributors will join the editor of the book to discuss contemporary issues related to moral rights. They will talk about the moral rights of legal entities, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and private international law issues, in addition to the general trends that moral rights seem to offer today.
