This presentation will provide an overview of the recent decision in Rogers v. Voltage 2018 SCC 38, in which the Supreme Court held that an ISP’s statutory obligations under the Notice and Notice provisions of the Copyright Act do not prevent it from recovering its reasonable costs for fulfilling a Norwich order.
