Activity run in ENGLISH - ONLINE CONFERENCE

"Author and Copyright Owner in Canada - Two Realities ?." 

Date: Thursday, September 25, 2025 from noon to 1 PM (Montreal time)

1 hour of Continuing Legal Education.

*Please note: this activity will be held in FRENCH; the same conference will take place in English on the same day, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Costs (taxes not included) :

·         30,00 $ for members of ALAI Canada and other national groups of ALAI

• 75,00 $ for non-members
• Free for students

Description ::

This year’s annual ALAI congress, which is taking place this October, deals with the notion of authorship and copyright ownership.  As usual, a questionnaire has been sent to all national groups in order to discover how the issue is handled in each country.  This activity will allow Mtre Vivianne de Kinder to describe to us the Canadian situation in light of the questions that were asked in the questionnaire.
